We get it, you’re not getting the attention you deserve as an athlete. You’re also starting to realize the program you’ve been doing in the high school weight room or your friend’s garage isn’t enough. You have to train on their schedule, not yours. It’s frustrating when you’re motivated to get better, but you just don’t have the support you need.

As previous high school and collegiate athletes, we recognized the lack of opportunity for athletes to get expert coaching and follow a program that was designed for them and their specific sport. Big cities and big schools have the money & resources that smaller communities like Stewartville don’t have… Until now, that’s why we opened The Performance Center.

We dedicate each day to learning and perfecting the science of strength & conditioning for athletes. Our Coaches have formal degrees in the fields of Kinesiology, Exercise Science, and Human Performance. Along with our specialized training & education, these Coaches have logged countless hours coaching middle, high school and collegiate athletes. We’ve not only discovered what makes an athlete bigger, faster, & stronger, but we get to experience the results every single day.

ALPHA ATHLETE is our elite strength and conditioning program that’s individually designed for each athlete. With availability to get your workouts in six days a week, as early as 6am and as late as 7pm, you’re able to put in the effort and get the guidance of expert coaches to push you to the next level. Not only does our program include daily workouts, you also receive virtual support (24/7), open gym access, sports nutrition coaching, and 1-on-1 attention. This program will truly take you from good to GREAT.

Parents: Our Head Strength Coach, Brian, will also take the time to personally get to know you because no one knows you son or daughter better than you do. As your child’s Coaches, friends, and mentors, we want to work together to provide him/her with support inside and outside of the gym.
