Group Training was created after our Coaches spent hundreds of hours leading group workouts at different gyms, with different people, using different styles. We discovered that most group training programs had too much emphasis on light weights for ultra high reps, or too much cardio, that inevitably lead to burnout and stale results. Eventually you just outgrow these redudent workouts and you stop making progress, or you get bored doing the same thing over & over which leads you to just give up. We designed a program that ensures long-term progress by implementing a healthy dose of strength training and conditioning.
With sessions at 5am, 12pm, and 5pm Mondays-Thursdays, 5am and 12pm on Fridays, and 8am sessions every Saturday, no matter what your schedule is, we have you covered. With the guidance of an expert coach, you’ll get stronger, burn fat, and feel better than you’ve felt in years.
